Prices

All the prices listed below are in Euros (€) and include VAT.

Registration for the physical event covers the costs of coffee breaks, lunches (21st and 22th), the social dinner (21st) and the welcome reception (20th).
Registration for the virtual event covers shared costs, such as the use of online conferencing software, Metaverse platform, and technical support.

Online registration for the physical event is only possible until September 15. Participants who have not registered by this deadline will still be able to register on site in Turin during the conference days.

*Students are considered "not authors" if (1) they did not author any accepted contribution to the conference, or (2) they only authored Doctoral Consortium and Workshop papers, or (3) another co-author of an accepted contribution already made a full registration.

Important information for students

All the students participating at the doctoral consortium will be awarded by a free registration supported by ACM SIGCHI. More details will be given by email.

In addition to the free registrations for the DC, ACM SIGCHI has sponsored 10 free registrations for students attending the conference, who will be selected according to the form below (students can submit their request until July, 31st):

Please, note: students cannot apply if they are registering to the conference as the main author of a submission which will appear in the Conference Proceedings, published in the ACM Digital Library. In that case, they will have to proceed with regular registration.
